摘要
风险投资是美国“硅谷传奇”的基石 ,它推动了美国新经济的持续繁荣。我国政府要实现经济的转型 ,推动高科技的发展 ,也势必引入风险投资这支新生力量。从风险投资具体运作角度出发 ,结合风险管理理论 ,提出要实现风险投资的目标———资本的保值增值 ,必须采取审慎选择投资机会、分散投资、建立和完善风险投资管理体系、加强风险投资管理人才的培养等风险投资管理策略 ,同时加强风险控制 ,回避、转移、分散风险 。
Risk investment is the footstone of ” silicon legend ”, which promotes the sustained boom of American economy. In order to achieve the economic transfer our government has to promote the development of venture capital. From the perspective of the operation of risk investment,and according to risk management theory,this paper puts forward the objective of risk investment-to preserve and increase the value of capital must select the investment opportunity carefully;to build and perfect the management system for risk investment;to reinforce the management strategy for fostering management personnel;and to strenghen risk control,withdrawal,transfer and dipersion to avert losses.
