中俄印开展三边能源合作有一定的基础且有进一步深化的可能,这是因为三国在国际关系的理念、各方经济互补等方面具有合作基础.但要真正实现广泛的合作,还有许多主观因素和客观条件需要认真研究和论证.
Tripartite energy cooperation of China, Russia and India is built on a certain basis and will possibly be a deep-going one. It is because the three countries possess the cooperative basis in their perception of international relations and complementation of their economies. For the sake of a genuine and wide-ranging cooperation, however, there still remain quite a few subjective and objective elements that deserve to be carefully studied and verified.
