本文从宏观调控角度,着重讨论了我国科技产业发展中现存的各种结构问题。论述了科技产业发展的合理化及其结构调整,提出了实现科技产业结构合理化的主要对策与思路.
This thesis emphatically discusses the verious problems about structure in the development of China's Scientific industry from a macroscopie angle. It expounds the rationalization of the development of scientific industry and the adjustment of the structure. And it puts forward main counter measures and a train of thonght to realize the rationalization of structure of scientific industry
