摘要
高等学校具有直接参与经济活动,推动经济发展的功能。高等学校的人才培养、科学研究、校办产业和后勤服务,都必须讲求投入产出效益,应当视为产业来管理和经营。高等学校的产业化管理是“生产→技术→科学→智化技术→生产→……”循环关系链在现代社会的客观要求,是社会主义市场经济发展的必然结果。实行产业管理,是高等学校使投资结构优化、运转过程优化和成果使用优化的必由之路。
Uiversities possess the ability to Promote the growth of economy and some economic properties.The effect of input-output lies in a variety of activities within an university, such as the education training, the scientific reserch, the management of university-promoting enterprises and the society services, so each of them should be managed and operated as a cause of business. Such a pattern of management is called the university industrial management which suits the movement of the cycle as u Producing→Technology→Science→Intellectual technology→Producing→…' in modern society and which is also the inevitable consequence of the impact of the market economy.The university industrial management will optimizing the investment structure and the input-output procedure,as well as the achievement employment.To operate sach a new system, the law of value,the law of development in planning, and in proportion and the law of distribution according to labor-input should be obeyed, also, some measures should be taken.The consequences of the university industral management is that the enterprises will keep expanding and will separate from the university in the end, and the university itself will be the origin of new technology, and will advance the productive force of society by spanding new technology.The society services will be improved and formed the tertiary industry which will be operated independently. And the central position of teaching and research will appear more outstanding.
