摘要
目的:观察皮内植线治疗慢性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法:选择颈椎病、背肌筋膜炎、腰肌劳损、第三腰椎横突综合征患者106例,随机分为皮内植线治疗组53例和针刺拔罐对照组53例,对患者治疗前后疼痛程度、功能状态、硬结条索状物大小指数进行分级评分及综合疗效评定。结果:皮内植线治疗组与针刺拔罐对照组各项指标的差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:皮内植线治疗可提高慢性软组织损伤的临床疗效。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of intracutaneous catgut embedding therapy on chronic injury of soft tissues. Methods: 106 cases of cervical spondylosis, myofascitis of back, lumbar muscle strain or the third lumbar vertebra transverse process syndrome were randomly divided into intracutaneous catgut embedding therapy group and acupuncture-cupping control group, 53 cases in each group. Their pain degrees. functional states and indurative cords were graded and comprehensive therapeutic effects were assessed. Results:There were very significant differences between the two groups in the observed indexes (P<0. 01). Conclusion: Intracutaneous catgut embedding therapy can increase therapeutic effect on chronic injury of soft tissues.
