摘要
目的 :探讨妊娠对子宫肌瘤的影响以及子宫肌瘤对妊娠、分娩和围生儿的影响。方法 :对 46妊娠前或妊娠早期发现子宫肌瘤的孕妇作为观察组 ,观察子宫肌瘤的变化。按 1∶ 2配对选取同期无子宫肌瘤孕妇 92例作为对照组。观察所有孕妇的妊娠结局、分娩方式和围生儿情况。结果 :子宫肌瘤在妊娠期明显增大 ,肌瘤直径平均增加 3.76cm。观察组中自然流产 9例 ( 1 9.6% )、早产 3例 ( 6.5 % )、剖宫产 2 5例 ( 67.6% ) ,明显高于对照组。分别为7.6%、2 .2 %、2 7.1 %。新生儿 Apgar评分和新生儿体重 ,观察组低于对照组。结论 :子宫肌瘤在妊娠期增长迅速 ,并可增加妊娠失败率、妊娠期并发症。
Objective:To investigate the influence of pregnancy on hysteromyoma and hysteromyoma on pregnancy, delivery and perinatal children. Methodes: 46 pregnant women that were found having hysteromyoma at pregnancy or early trimester of pregnancy were chosen as observed group to observe the change of hysteromyoma.92 pregnant women that had no hysteromyoma at the same time were enrolled as control group. on all the pregnant women the ending of pregnancy, the way of labor and the condition of perinatal children were observed. Results: Hysteromyomas enlarged obviously during the pregnancy and their average diameter increased by 3.76cm. In the observed group, 9 cases(19.6%) were spontaneous abortion, 3 cases(6.5%) were premature delivery and 25 cases(67.6%) were cesarean section, evidently higher than control group(7.6%, 2.2%, 27.1%, respectively). The Apgar's score and weight of newborns of the test group were lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: Hysteromyoma enlarged quickly during the pregnancy and could increase the losing rate of pregnancy and the complications of pregnancy, delivery and newborns.
