摘要
政治文明的提出说明我们党把对执政规律的探索与政治文明建设有机地统一起来,实现了社会主义民主政治新的飞跃。党的三大理论成果是近代以来中国政治文明优秀成果的结晶。中国社会的特殊国情决定了中国共产党在政治文明建设中的核心地位和领导作用。在整个社会主义初级阶段,执政党自身的现代化、自身的政治文明进程,始终决定着整个社会主义政治文明发展的历史方位。执政能力建设是执政党现代化的关键。
The advancement of political civilization shows that the Party organically integrates the probe to ruling laws with political civilization construction, realizing a new leap of socialism democratic politics. The three greatest theoretical achievements of the Party are the quintessence of the political civilization in China since modern times. The core position and leading role of the Party in political civilization construction are determined by the special national conditions of the society in China. During the whole primary stage of socialism, the historical direction of the socialism political civilization development relied on the modernization and the political civilization course of the Ruling Party itself. Ruling ability developments is the key to the Ruling Party's modernization
