摘要
对1995~1996年期间设计的4套80kt/a硫磺制酸装置的试运行情况进行总结。总体来说,装置的工艺流程选取和设计是成功的:SO2转化率达到995%~997%,,硫酸产量高于270t/d,尾气排放浓度符合国家标准。主要存在的问题是:原料硫磺酸度高、水含量大,造成熔硫过程稀酸腐蚀严重;柴油升温将大量水蒸汽带入转化系统,烟气通入后产生酸冷凝腐蚀;废热回收设备的用材和结构形式不理想,出现较严重的外漏和内漏现象。
Trial production of four 80*!kt/a sulphur burning sulphuric acid plants built in 1995~1996 is summarized The process arrangement and engineering of the plants are successful on the whole with a SO 2 conversion of 99 5%~99 7%,output more than 270*!t/d H 2SO 4 and tailgas emission up to the national standard The main problems include serious corrosion of dilute acid during sulphur melting due to high acidness and water content of element sulphur, acid condensing corrosion in conversion system when process gas is blown in after warming up with diesel combustion gas because a large amount of water vapour exists therein, and serious leakage inside and outside waste heat recovery equipment owing to improper material of construction and structure Some suggests for improvement are presented
