摘要
随着经济全球化和贸易自由化进程的加快,WTO成员国已不能通过限制数量和高关税为国内产品提供保护。以技术标准为主要内容的技术贸易措施正成为发达国家保护本国产品的最普遍、最难以对付的贸易壁垒。因此,研究并制定相应的对策,突破技术壁垒,具有一定的现实意义。
With the process of economic globalization and trade liberalization,the members of WTO can't provide protection to their domestic products by restricting quantities and high tariff.The technical trade countermeasures as an important technical standard have become a most popular and most difficult trade barries to deal with in the developed countries to protect their domestic products.Therefore,it is significant to study and make some relative countermeasures and break through the technical barries.
