摘要
连续铸挤包覆成型是在连续挤压、连续铸挤及连续挤压包覆技术的基础上发展起来的一项集成技术,是以有色金属为主的新型材料提供一种成形加工工艺和装备。文章阐述了金属连续铸挤包覆成形工艺及设备研究,其中工艺参数有运转间隙、挤压轮转速、挤压温度、液态金属流量、浇注温度、挤压比、包角等,连续铸挤包覆设备由熔化炉、保温炉、流量控制装置及导流管、主机、冷却智能控制系统、成品冷却槽、卷起机等组成。
The metal formation technology with continuous casting-extrusion-cladding is an integrated technology developed from technologies of Conform,Castex and Conclad.It provides an advanced processing technology and equipment for metallic material(mainly nonferrous)shaping.In this paper,the corresponding and equipment are described.Among them,the technological parameters include operation gap,rotating speed of extrusion wheel,extrusion temperature,flow rate of molten metal,casting temperature,extrusion ratio,wrapping angle etc.;the equipment consists of melting furnace,holding furnace,flow rate control system and diversion tube,main machine,intelligent controlled cooling system,product cooling tank hoist,etc.
