摘要
房地产预警系统作为宏观经济预警的重要分支,目前其研究和实践都处于不断探索和完善的阶段。作者对国内学者关于房地产预警系统的内涵、预警方法的选择、预警指标体系的构建以及我国房地产预警的实践所取得的研究成果进行了综述。
The early-warning system of real estate, as an important branch of the early-warning system of macroeconomics, is now in a stage of exploring and perfecting on its study and practice. The author discusses its connotation, the choice of method, the construction of the index system and the practice in the last ten years.
