摘要
社会的整体进步往往在重大转折与变革中获得加速度,中国共产党在20世纪后半叶推动的中国社会变迁,开辟出了一个新的时代并对国家和社会产生了巨大的推动力。十一届三中全会后中国共产党在社会转型中从革命党到执政党思维与举措的除旧布新,是中国共产党适应中国21世纪新的历史情况和历史要求做出的重大选择与理论创新。
The changes and reforms of a society usually accelerate the progress of the whole society. While introducing a new era for Chinese society out of the turmoil in the latter half of the 20th century, the Chinese Communist Party has created a great impetus to the development of the country. The authors expound how the Chinese Communist Party do away with the old theories and strategies to set up the new ones in transference from a revolutionary party to a ruling party after the third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee in 1978. This move of the Chinese Communist Party is a great choice of action and theoretical innovation in meeting with the historical requirements of China in the 21st century.
