摘要
本文把技术理解为一种特殊形态的文化信息,通过揭示技术的资源属性及其与实体性资源的关系,阐明了技术资源在现代经济发展中的主导地位,认为明确“技术是第一资源”有助于更新资源观念、转换发展模式、优化资源配置。
Based on the new kind of viewpoint that technology is a special cultural information, this thesis shows resource property of technology and its relations with physical resources. Then, the dominant role of technological resource on the modern economy is clearly stated. On the conclusion, highlight technological resource would be available for changing the fasional concept of resources and the model of economic development,and allocating resoruces reasonably in China.
