摘要
本文通过对我国患者知情同意权存在的问题的探究,提出一些适合我国国情的保护患者知情同意权的具体措施,以利于解决医患关系上长期存在的问题。
Based on the analysis of the problems occurring when exercising patientsright of knowing the truth men deciding in China,this paper proposes the concrete measures conforming to the situation of China to safeguard patients interest.The purpose of this paper is to offer a solution to the long-lasting disputes in the physician-patient relationship.
