摘要
本文对新中国建立40余年科学技术发展的态势进行了统计分析,认为我国科技成果应用率较低,科研经费投入过少,结构不合理是导致我国经济效益不高的重要原因。
A curve is drawn of developing situations in the realm of science and technology, to reveal the vibrating orbit of the three times of rise and fall since 1949 in new China.And then the curve is compared with that during 1800-1840 in the United States. And finally suggestions are offered as to the developing model of science and technology.
