摘要
认识科学概念的功能是科学哲学的一个重要课题。本文选取熵这个既有深远历史渊源,又有广泛现实影响的典型科学概念进行分析,试图从一个侧面揭示科学概念的功能。作者通过对熵概念发展的全面考察后认为:(1)科学概念是客观实在的理性反映;(2)科学概念是科学理论的结构要素和思维工具;(3)科学概念是科学创新的类比基础;(4)科学概念是哲学理论的生长点。
The author examines the scientific concept, by analyzing the concept of entropy.The discussions about evolution of entropy concept lead to the conclusions that, its functions are a) to provide a reasonable reflection of objective reality, b) to provide a structural factor to scientific theories, c) to provide a ground whereupon to analyze scientific creation and, d) to serve as a growth point in philosophical theories.
