摘要
有效的职业指导可以提高劳动力资源的素质，具有较高的社会和经济效益。分析我国目前高校职业指导现状，对如何提高高校职业指导水平提出建议。
Effective supervision on job - seeking can improve the qualities of the labor force, and it can result in a favorable social and economic effect. This paper is involved in analyzing the current conditions of job -seeking supervision in China's higher institutions, and it also put forward some suggestions on improving it.
