摘要
法律道德化是现代法制进程中的热点问题。法治的作用十分重要,但法治并不是万能的,无论是从理论上,还是从历史继承性上,它都必须和道德紧密结合,充分发挥它对经济的促进、保障和调整作用。
Legalization of morality is a topic of general interest. The role of law is important,but the law is not all-powerful, not only from the theory but also from the history,it must contact with the morality ,and play the role of promoting、ensuring and mediating for the economy.
