摘要
企业为了持续经营必须在企业管理文化观上与时俱进。本文从理论和实践两方面论述了在现有环境下企业构建以财务管理为中心的管理文化观的科学合理性和客观必然性。
The enterprises must chime with the period on managing cultural notions in order to keep the continuous management. From two aspectstheory and practice, this paper discusses the scientific reasonability and the objective of constructing the managing cultural notion, under the current environment, centring on the financial management.
