摘要
分别对乐昌含笑进行不同年龄母株、不同比例生根粉、不同扦插季节进行扦插试验研究,结果表明:母株的起始年龄 2～3 年生的比 7～10 年生的插穗生根率提高 18.5%;用生根粉处理以 300×10-6浸泡 2h 的处理效果较好;一般采用秋梢春插的效果较好。为乐昌含笑的繁殖提供了适宜的技术。
Experiment on propagation techniques of Michelia tsoi with different aged parent tree, different percentage of ABT in different cutting seasons resulted rooting rate of cuttings from 2-3 years parent tree was 18.5% higher than that from 7-10 years. Soaking 2 hours of 300×10-6ABT and autumn cutting had better result.
