摘要
本文通过对我军装甲装备器材筹措现状的分析,提出我军目前所采用筹措模式中的不经济现象,并结合外军以及供应链环境下采购模式的优势,探讨了一些改善和优化的建议。
According to the analysis of our present armored equipment purchase, this article raises our current uneconomical phenomenon, though the comparison with American army's advantage as well the raising pattern advantage under the conditions of supply chain management, discussing the suggestion of improvements and optimizations.
