摘要
随着人们消费和环保要求的不断提高,反向物流需求日益增长。本文从反向物流定义出发,研究了其同正向物流相比的不同之处,并分析了反向物流对企业的各种影响。针对反向物流的复杂性、分散性等特点专门对企业反向物流管理的方法进行探讨并提出相关建议。
With the development of request in the field of consumption and environment, the reverse logistics becomes more and more important. The paper studies the definition of reverse logistics and the difference with the common logistics firstly. Then the influence operated on the corporation by the reverse logistics is analyzed. Aiming at the character of complexity and decentralization, the method of reverse logistics management is also discussed in this paper.
