摘要
为了使农业科技情报这个潜在生产力更有效地转化为现实生产力,笔者认为必须开辟五条途径,即为领导决策、科研、农业生产、技术引进服务以及创办情报生产经营实体。本文以五条途径分别阐述了科技情报与生产力的关系,并以实例加以说明。而后提出情报工作必须加强的六个方面工作。
The author considers that in order to make the potential productivity of agricultural scientech information transform into a realistic one efficie- ntly, five approaches must be opened up, namely: service for dicision-mak- ing by the leadership, scientific research service, agricultural production service, technological introduction service and development of economic entity for information production. This paper describes the relationship between scie- ntech information and productivity respectively on the basis of the five approaches. Illustration examples are also given. The paper is ended by a suggestion of six tasks necessary to be strengthened.
