摘要
网络化时代的信息资源特征要求高校图书馆的参考咨询服务必须走数字化之路,它包括异步服务,实时交互服务,建立多媒体教学软件以及建立“专家学科咨询组”等方式,还要制定数字参考咨询服务的质量标准,以达到方便性、及时性、指导性和极威性。
The characteristics of information resources in the network era require the referring and consulting service of the university/college library to be digitalized, which involves offering asynchronous service and real-time mutual service, setting up multimedia teaching software, setting up “subjects-consulting group of experts”, and working out the quality criteria of the digitalized referring and consulting service, for convenience, timeliness, guidance and authoritativeness.
