摘要
基于中国的房地产市场的发展现状,分析了影响房地产投资风险的特征,不同类别的房地产风险的差异和房地产投资收益的主要风险类型,在此基础上提出了房地产投资风险的防范措施,主要分为房地产投资风险的控制和转移。
Based on the recent development in real estate markets in China, the paper analyzes, from different perspectives, the characteristics of the risks in the real estate markets, examines the distinctive risks in specific sorts of real estate,and the consequential risks that will remarkably influence the profits.
