摘要
终身教育以其终身性、社会性和自主性为特征，终身教育的目标是努力建设更美好的生活，实现社会的和谐、进步与发展，终身教育是二十一世纪的生存概念。它与以人的发展和为人的发展为核心的社会的可持续发展是目标一致的共同体，终身教育对可持续发展有着十分重要的意义。
Lifelong education is characterized by the qualities of being lifelong, social and independent. Lifelong education is a notion for surviving in the 21st century, and the fulfillment of it is sure to promote the progress of society and make people enjoy a better life. It is in accordance with our sustainable development strategy since both of them claim a unanimous goal which centers on the development of human beings. Lifelong education means a lot to sustainable development.
