摘要
在我国，政府信息公开及其立法问题受到越来越多人的关注。从目前的国际形势及我国的实际情况来看，政府信息公开立法是必要而紧迫的。我国的政府信息公开立法应根据国情选择合适的立法模式。我国政府信息公开立法提出了一些建议。
More and more attention has been paid to the publicity of government information and its legal regulations so far in China. Legislation on publicity of government information appears increasingly necessary and urgent, considering the current international environment and the concrete situation in our country. As far as the legislative mode is concerned, we should try to make our choice out of a good consideration of the practical conditions of our country. In this paper, some suggestions on the lawmaking of publicity of government information have been put forward.
