新颁国家行业标准CJJ92— 2 0 0 2“城市供水管网漏损控制及评定标准” ,使柔性接口在输水管线中的地位得到了肯定 ,拓开了成品输水钢管柔性接口发展的新空间。介绍了一种新型钢管用承口滑入式接口—Y型接口及其特点 ,指出钢管用Y型接口是球铁管T型接口的发展 ,是为钢管升级而开发的。Y型接口为核心技术的成品钢管在DN1 2 0 0～DN30 0 0范围内 ,其重量是球铁管的一半 ,单位长度重量与玻璃钢管相当 ,它将显示出性能高、价格低、易采用的竞争力。
Newly issued China National Industry Standard—CJJ92—2002“The Leakage Damage and Assess Standard of City Water Supply Pipe Net”affirms the footing of flexible connection in water transmission pipeline and opens up new market for finished flexible connection of water transmission steel pipe development. It introduces Type Y connection and its specialty—a new type holding slide into connection for pipe and points out that the usage of Type Y connection for pipe is the development of Type T connection of ball iron pipe and is the exploration for pipe upgrade. The weight of finished pipe with the core technology of Type Y connection within the range of DN1 200～DN3 000 is half of ball iron pipe, and unit length and weight is the same with that of glass pipe. The finished pipe with Type Y connection will show its competition with high performance, low price and easy adoption.
