摘要
1993年3月22日至26日,1993年度美国物理学会(APS)三月会议在美国西雅图市召开。会议涉及面很广,诸如高 T_c 超导体、聚合物、布基球(富勒烯)派生的许多新发展、介观体系、异质结构和量子阱、超晶格、纳米硅的发光、宽能隙半导体以及界面、薄膜的生长等都是受到重视的领域。下面仅就笔者较注意的几个方面,据会上所见所闻以及会议摘要文集作些介绍。
