摘要 介绍了一种新型高效蓄热式烤包器系统的组成和使用效果。高效蓄热式烤包器可将空气和煤气预热到 10 0 0℃ ,可使用低热值煤气 ,取得良好的烘烤效果。与传统烤包器相比 ,可促进燃烧 ,节约大于 5 0 %的燃料 ,加快烘烤时间 ,可在 12min内使包衬温度由 70 0℃提高到 12 0 0℃。提高包衬寿命 15 %。降低NOx In this paper, a new high regenerative combustor system's stru cture an d its applied effect were introduced. The whole system could recover almost wast e heat in flue gas of the furnace, preheat combustion air and gas up to 1 000 ℃ , and use gas with low combustion value to obtain excellent heating effect. Compar ed with conventional ladle heating device, the new high regenerative combustor c ould promote combustion of gas, and the consumption of fuel was decreased by 50 % . It could also reduce heating time, and the temperature of ladle liner was incr eased from 700 ℃ to 1 200 ℃ in 10 minutes. The servicing life of ladle lin er was increased by 15 %. Harmful gas emission including NO x and CO, etc. was also decreased.
