摘要
蒸汽蓄热器是国家大力推广的节能产品,其既可提高锅炉燃烧效率节约能源,又可减轻运行人员劳动强度,具有巨大的市场潜力。对蒸汽蓄热器及其自动控制阀系统的配置进行了研究分析,提出了特有的蒸汽蓄热器自动控制阀配置方案。
The steam accumulator (or steam regenerator) is one of the energy-conservation equipment for extended application in China. Using the steam accumulator can increase the combustion efficiency of the boiler, save energy, and reduce the labor intensity of operating personnel. In this paper, an analysis of the collocation of the steam regenerator and servomechanism control system was carried out. A special layout of valves for automatic control of the steam accumulator was suggested.
