摘要
用Co(salen) Nafion修饰铂电极对天然海水介质中的一氧化氮进行了测定,在最佳实验条件下,确定了Co(salen) Nafion修饰电极的检出限是0.1μmol L,线性范围分别为0.1~1.0和1.0~9.9μmol L,相对标准偏差为0 24%,并且探讨了Co(salen)对NO的催化机理。
The nitric oxide in the medium of natural seawater was determined using a platinum electrode modified with Co(salen)/Nafion. The best conditions are found. The peak height is linear with concentration of NO in the range of 0.1~1.0 and 1.0~9.9 μmol/L at the Co(Salen)/Nafion modified electrode and the detection limit is 0.1 μmol/L. The experimental result of precision shows that the relative standard deviation is 0.24%. The catalytic mechanism of Co(salen) toward nitric oxide was also discussed.
