摘要
主要对超细纤维染深性进行研究。通过对分散染料进行一系列性能测试 ,包括用DMF剥色法测定染料在超细纤维上的提升力 ;用丙酮和水混合溶剂溶解分散染料 ;用残液法测定分散染料的上染率等 ;筛选出适合超细纤维染深色的分散染料三原色 ,即YellowUP GL、RedUP GF和BlueUP GF。试验表明 ,该三原色具有优良的提升性和显色性 ,且上染速率相近 ,初染率较低 ,最终上染率高。
In the investigation of deep dyeing of supermicro fiber, the performances of available disperse dyes was tested via following methods. The dye building-up was tested with DMF stripping method, dye uptake was determined by testing the residual dyebath after disperse dyes dissolved by acetone and water mixture, it was found that Yellow UP-GL, Red UP-GL and Blue UP-GF were suitable for supermicro fiber dyeing in deep color. They features excellent building-up and developing property, similar dyeing rate, low strike as well as high final uptake.
