不同森林植被下土壤水溶性有机碳研究 被引量:72

Study on Active Organic Carbon of Soils under Different Types of Vegetation

摘要 在我国亚热带采集了常绿阔叶林、马尾松林、杉木林和毛竹林土壤,分析了土壤总有机碳和水溶性有机碳含量。结果表明:土壤总有机碳含量常绿阔叶林和毛竹林显著高于杉木林和马尾松林。土壤水溶性有机碳含量毛竹林显著高于杉木林,极显著高于马尾松林,阔叶林和杉木林也显著高于马尾松林。水溶性有机碳占总有机碳比率以杉木林最高,达1 26%(25℃)和1 82%(100℃),马尾松林最低,仅0 78%(25℃)和1 30%(100℃)。马尾松林、杉木林和毛竹林土壤水溶性有机碳与土壤总有机碳含量间的相关性均达显著水平,相关系数分别为0 5106 (100℃提取),0 4739 (25℃提取)和0 4752 (25℃提取)。 Soils under broad-leaved, masson pine, Chinese fir and bamboo forest in the area of Huzhou, Zhejiang were selected for this study. Soil total organic carbon(STOC) under broad-leaved and bamboo forest were considerately higher than (P<0.05)those under masson pine and Chinese fir. The abundance of soil(WSOC) ranged as follow: bamboo >broad-leaved> Chinese fir>masson pine forest,the great significantly differences(P<0.01) were observed between bamboo and masson pine forest, the significantly differences (P<0.05) were observed between broad-leaved and masson pine forest, between bamboo and Chinese fir forest, between Chinese fir and masson pine forest. The soils under broad-leaved stands contained a larger proportion of organic carbon (OC) presented in WSOC (respective on average 1.26% for WSOC at 25℃ extraction, 1.82% for WSOC at 100℃extraction). Soils under masson pine stands contained the less proportion of OC presented in WSOC (respective 0.78% for WSOC at 25℃ extraction, 1.30% for WSOC at 100℃ extraction). WSOC of soil showed a significant positive correlation with STOC in masson pine (0.510 6~* for WSOC at 100℃ extraction), in Chinese fir forest (0.473 9~* for WSOC at 25℃ extraction)and in bamboo forest(0.475 2~* for WSOC at 25℃ extraction).
