摘要
分析了气刀涂布改为刮刀涂布后,涂布白纸板油墨吸收性下降的原因,采取在面涂涂料中添加10-15份煅烧高岭土,使涂布白纸板的油墨吸收性(K&N)稳定在22％-26％,同时提高白度和紧度,对表面光泽度无不利影响,以适应高车速、多色印刷机的生产需要。
The paper gives a discussion on the reasons for the decline in ink absorption of coated paperboard after air knife coating was replaced with blade coating. When 10-15 parts calcined kaolin are added into the second coating furnish, the ink absorption of coated paperboard can be controlled between 22%-26%. Meanwhile, brightness and density of paperboard can also be improved with no unfavorable influence on the paper gloss. As a result, the coated paperboard can meet demands of high speed and multicolor printing.
