摘要
认为森林不仅是经济资源，同时又是生态资源。经济发展应与森林资源可持续发展相适应，作为林业部门不能单，纯追求眼前的经济利益，应通过完善环境立法、健全现有制度，协调体系内部的职能等措施加强林业生态资源的管理，促进经济建设的不断发展。
The forest is not only the economic resource,but also the ecological resource.The economic develop-ment should keep harmonious relationship with the sustainable development of the forest resource.The forest depart-ment can not only pursue the economic benefits,we should implement the environmental legal system and the per-fect the current system and harmonize the inner function to strengthen the management of the ecological resource and promote the sustainable development of the economy.
