摘要
以结缕草属的马尼拉草、结缕草和中华结缕草进行了试管繁殖的研究.以马尼拉草匍匐茎为外植体,通过芽直接增殖和愈伤组织分化途径形成了2个试管无性系;从结缕草和中华结缕草的实生苗中也筛选出了若干个试管无性系.嫩极丛在1/2MS培养基添加IBA或 NAA0.5 mg/L、IBA0.25mg/L+NAAO.25mg/L上生根,经38 d培养,马尼拉草生根率为100%,结缕草为88%~90%.移栽成活率马尼拉草在95%以上,结缕草高于90%.试管草移栽后生长旺盛。
This paper deals with in vitro clonal propagation of Zoysia matrella, Z. japonica and Z. sinica. Two
clones of Z. matrella were selected by the means of bud direct multiplication or differentiation of callus in-
duced from its stolon explant. In Z. japonica and Z. sinica, a few of clones were also chosen from their
seedlings according to their multiplication rates. Shoot clusters of the three species could be induced to root in
1/2MS medium containing IBA 0.5mg/l, NAA 0.5mg/l, or IBA 0.25mg/l+NAA 0.25mg/l. Rooting per-
centages were 100% for Z. matrella and 88% to 90% for Z. japonica after 38 days culture period. The root-
ed plantlet clusters could be easily transplanted and their survival rates reached more than 95% and 90% for
Z. matrella and Z. japonica, respectively.
