摘要
近几年来,国内外学者重新讨论心力衰竭的概念和分类,进一步从病理生理学角度加以阐明,以理解评定心脏功能方法的临床价值,并提出目前心力衰竭的治疗决策.
The new physiopathological concept and mechanism of heart failure have been the subject of intense in-
terest and investigattion for the past several years. The methods of assessing cardiac performance and thera-
peutic approaches in heart failure have been reconsidered.
