摘要
将H2 WO4 溶于含氨的碱性水溶液中 ,用超声喷雾热转换装置制备了纳米级WO3非晶态粉末。通过XRD及TEM研究了WO3非晶粉末的物相组成、颗粒形貌及粒径范围。用DSC -TG研究了纳米WO3前驱体粉末从非晶到微晶的转变温度和粉末热分解过程中的失重规律。结果表明 ,采用超声喷雾热转换法可制得平均粒度为 30nm的WO3粉末 ,颗粒形貌近球形。
Noncrystalline WO3 nanopowder was prepared by ultrasonic spray of H2WO4 dissolved in a basic solution. Phase composition, morphology and particle size distribution of WO3 powder were investigated by XRD and TEM. The transition temperature of noncrystalline to microcrystalline of WO3 powder and loss in weight during healing were studied by DSC-TG. The results indicate that the average particle size of WO3 powder is 30 nm and particle shape is approximately spherical.
