摘要
建立现代化的企业制度是高校后勤化改革适应市场经济体制与日益发展的高等教育需要之间的惟一出路 ,也是实现高校后勤社会化的必然要求。而后勤社会化的最终目的是建立既服务于高校的教育规律 ,又服务于市场的经济规律的产权明晰、责权分明、校企分开、管理科学的现代企业制度。本文就高校后勤建立现代企业制度的难点问题进行了分析 ,并提出明确产权关系 ,实行高校后勤实体产权多元化 ;规范分离 ,建立和完善后勤法人组织制度 ;界定职权 ,实行校企分开 ;建立后勤科学的管理制度 ,提高企业市场竞争力等建议和对策。
