摘要
大学生的质量在很大程度上取决于其教育者的努力和能力。传统的人力资本理论认为 ,教师属于技能型人力资本 ,主张用技能型人力资本配置信号和激励方法来配置与激励高校教师。但也应该认识到 ,高校教师的人力资本并不单纯是技能型人力资本 ,他们还具有管理型人力资本和企业家型人力资本的某些特征 ,在配置信号获得和激励方法的选择上应是综合和系统的。
The quality of college graduates largely relies on the diligence and ability of the educators. The traditional labor-power capital theory classifies teachers into the category of tech-able human capital, and therefore related means and stimuli should be used to allocate and stimulate college teachers. The author also believes that college teachers do not only belong to this category because they possess some traits of the management-oriented human capital and the enterpriser-related human capital. Thus, their acquisition of the allocation signals and the choice of the stimulants should be comprehensive and systematic in nature.
