摘要
高等职业教育是不可缺少的培养实用型人才的重要基地。在已有的认识和实践的基础上 ,树立以就业为导向的办学理念进行高职教育的改革 ,主要包括 4个方面 :确立应用型人才培养目标、促进产学结合、设置特色专业。
Higher vocational education is the indispensable base for cultivating applied talents.On the basis of present understanding and practice, The school-running concept with the employment as guiding direction must be applied to carry out higher vocation education reform.The following four aspects are involved: setting up characteristic majors, reasonable major structure and distribution, combining production and study, and cultivating applied talents.
