知识经济时代 ,中国企业要前进 ,需要大批优秀人才。而如何留住企业优秀员工、激发其潜能就要依靠激励机制了。让员工参与到企业的经营管理中、参与到企业的利润分配中、增强员工的归属感不失为可行之策 ,利润分享计划是顺应当前需求的一项有效激励措施。从适用范围。
In knowledge economy, Chinese enterprises need a large number of excellent talents if they want to move ahead. To keep the excellent employees of enterprises and to tap their potentials depend on an encouraging mechanism. It is a feasible policy to have employees participate in the operation and management of enterprises and in the sharing of profits of enterprises, and to increase their sense of belonging. The profit-sharing plan is an effective measure in accordance with the needs of the present situation. This paper discusses how to apply profit-sharing plan in encouraging mechanism of Chinese enterprises from the aspects of applied scope and implementing methods.
