摘要
分析了重庆房地产营销呈现的两个明显特征 :4Ps理论和 4Cs理论并用 ,营销策略呈现多样化。指出其中存在的问题 。
There are two distinctive features in the marketing of Chongqing's real estate: the application of 4Ps Theory and 4Cs Theory; the variety of marketing strategies. This paper points out the existing problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
