摘要
以转基因大豆油为原料 ,对其在急性毒性实验、长期毒性实验、病理组织学检查等几方面进行安全性的研究 ,结论显示转基因大豆油在中长期内食用是安全的 ,但还需要对慢性毒性实验以及不同加工工艺下的产品进行进一步的验证。
In order to evaluate the safety of genetically modified soybean oil, the acute toxicity test, long-term toxicity test and pathology section examination in rats fed with the genetically modified soybean oil were studied. The results show that eating genetically modified soybean oil for medium- and long-term is safe, but the chronic toxicity test and the safety of genetically modified soybean oil produced with different process need further studying.
