摘要
文章介绍了私人侦探中外发展简况,从社会需求、存在和发展的法理基础、对国家公权力的有力补充等方面阐述了私人侦探存在和发展的必然性,提出了对私人侦探宜疏不宜堵,应建立法律构架,让其在法律的规范下运作。
This paper introduces the brief developments of private detective between China and foreign countries.From the angles of the social requirement,the legal principle base of the existence and development and the strong supplement for government’s public power ,this paper expounds the inevitability of the existence and development of private detective.Also this essay brings forward the strategy for private detective.It is better to lead private detective than to block him up.We should set up legislation framework and make private detective operate under the legal standards.
