摘要
通过对推动区域经济发展的因素分析后,提出了文化力这一新的区域经济推动因素,并从多角度阐述了文化力的概念和内涵。在此基础上还解释了文化力和生产力之间的关系,提出了科学是第一文化力,技术是第一生产力的观点,实现了对文化力和生产力的细分化。并分析了政府在推动文化力发展中所要扮演的角色和应该负担的责任。
Through analysing the factors that promote the development of regional economy,the paper puts forward cultural strength a new regional economy promoting factor,and explains the concept and its content of cultural strength from many angles.Furthermore,the paper explains the relation between cultural strength and productivity,and analyses the role and duty of our government in promoting cultural strength.
