摘要
邓小平在思考如何从中国国情出发确定四个现代化进程问题时,提出"小康"概念和分三步走、基本实现现代化的战略;十六大又提出全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,这是我们党对中国社会主义建设规律认识的深化;全面建设小康社会的本质是以人为本。
Deng Xiao-ping put forward the concept of well-off society,three paces and the stratety of moderation when he was considering how to realize the socialist moderation.And then the target of well society constrction was put forward in the sixteenth congress,which is the deep understanding of rule with Chinese characteristics.The essence of well-off society constrction is based on humanity.
