摘要
借助离心式层折柱,成功地从琼脂糖凝胶中分离0.287~23.13kb范围的DNA片段;所得片段经乙醇沉淀、溶解后可有效地用于酶切、连接与转化。此法设备要求简单,操作省时简便,得率在50%以上。
With the spin chromatography column, the DNA fragments(0.287~23.13kb) were
separated successfully from agarose gel. After ethanol precipitation and resolution, the extracted
DNA fragments were good enough for digestion, ligation and transformation. This method is
simple, time-saving and the recovery rate is above 50%.
