摘要
采用F81及驴胚细胞可以大量生产猫白血病病毒及马传染性贫血病毒悬液。用PEG和(NH_4)_2SO_4等电点沉淀等简单程序制备出适于ELISA及Western印迹试验用浓缩抗原,并用此二抗原与AIDS病人血清进行交叉试验,证明它们之间存在共同抗原,此抗原可用于艾滋病病人血清抗体的测定,但滴度较低。
Purified antigens of animal retroviruses, equine infection anemia virus(EIAV) and
feline leukemia virus (FLV), were prepared by means of PEG and ammonium sulphate isoelectric
point precipitation. These antigens were used to evaluate the relationship between human
immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and animal retroviruses, and widely cross reactions of those
antigens to AIDS patient serum were observed by ELISA and Western blot. The results demon-
strate that EIAV and FLV are closely related to HIV, which suggests that these antigens may be
used to detect HIV antibodies in AIDS patient serum.
